Directions: Leave Polebrook in the direction of Oundle. After an uphill climb the road levels out and after a few hundred yards there is a left turn to Barnwell. Turn here and continue on for 2 miles on a winding country lane. Just after the road descends down hill there is a left turn into Barnwell. Drive along here for 300 yards and at the ‘T’ junction turn right and go across the small bridge, then immediately turn left. Lower Farm is on the right hand side after a 100 yeards.
